Based on the description, you are experiencing auto scrolling with your Xbox Series X. Let us check and see on what we can do to help resolve your concern in a timely manner.

We would like to ask few questions to help us isolate the issue further.

1. When does the auto scrolling happen? Is it during playing game or during starting with Xbox console?

2. Has there been any changes with the device settings before this issue happens?

3. What type of controllers are you using? Is it Xbox Wireless controller or Xbox Elite Wireless Controller series 2?

4. What troubleshooting steps have you done so far to help resolve the issue?

5. How is your controller connected when the issue happens?

6. Can you tell us which buttons in the controller that is causing auto scrolling?

For the meantime, you disconnect the controller from your Xbox console then try to power cycle Xbox controller and Xbox console.

well if its not a series s problem can someone explain to me why my xbox one x can run the same game on same tv fine without any of these graphical issues
