Can someone please, please help me with my account recovery?

Hi, My name is Seth and i'm not being given access to a Xbox account that is clearly mine.

this all started a few days ago, my xbox was having trouble connecting to the network. after trying all the basic fixes i searched in the microsoft forums and saw what i thought was a solution... i was to remove my account from my xbox, clean the wired mac address and then add my account back on to the xbox. ONE PROBLEM THOUGH. i was told that my password was incorrect, i have changed it before but i don't remember doing it recently so that is very strange, have i been hacked? or have i simply forgotten the password?

I tried my security question and, Nope.

The best part is, the email i use has been deleted by yahoo, there's no way to get into it. and as to my knowledge you can't update your email address that is linked to your account. which is incredibly dumb since the majority of people have multiple email addresses.

anyway, i tried account recovery the next day but was denied each time i did. frustrating to say the least.

Later that night after i got off work, i chatted with microsoft support over the web, the person was very kind so i won't speak ill of them, but they basically told me there was nothing that they could do on their end, i would have to try the account recovery form again tomorrow. (which is now today)

So, now here we are, day 2, and guess what? ive been rejected TWICE. I input my banking info, where you are given the option to enter credit card details, which i hope it accepts debit info. if not, again, that's dumb.

i also typed in my "device ID' which should have been all the proof i needed.

this is absolutely ridiculous, i thought i would suck it up and make a new account, but guess what? I CAN'T EVEN ACCESS THE GAMES THAT I HAVE PURCHASED WITH MY OWN MONEY. Why? because they are linked to the account that microsoft will not let me into. but yet, they will gladly let me "repurchase" the games. yeah, that will never happen.

i have been a customer for over a decade, this, this is what might make me walk away from xbox.

SO PLEASE, is there anyone who can help me? anything that can be done?

I have all the information, i'm currently looking at the xbox, that the account was on, that i used to play games just this past weekend. everything but the passwords and my security question. can i get my account back or not?
