Can someone please help me fix my audio in my headset

I tried restarting my console, updated my controller my headset works i can hear my friends in game chat but i cant hear my game audio. Someone please help me its been doing this for 3 days

Go to settings go to audio and video click audio and see if you can fix it over there that never happens to me what I do if this happens to me is restart the Xbox because I have a wireless headset and my Xbox does not like my headset sometimes

it's very likely the drive is in the process of failing, the only way to fix it is to send the system in for repair

Hi, I have a headphone with a green cable (audio) and pink cable (microphone), and I have a 3-pin converter for both of them so they work together, but when I plug them in my Xbox One S controller, the audio is still coming from the TV and not in
the headphones, also when I go to the controller accessories, it says the headset is connected but says "Not assigned" under the controller tab please help me quickly!

Please give a fix quickly as I want to record/stream in my Xbox.
Hey, have you checked the audio settings to ensure you have the audio on headset and not tv?
