I am so sorry you are having issues with a compromised account.

This is a community forum. We are not Microsoft staff. Microsoft would not be able to effect the form. All they could do is complete it on your behalf. That is all. Even if they were able to see the account having suspicious activity, they would not be able to shift the account back to you as the whole system is automated. They physically do not have the power to do so.

If you would like them to do that then you can go to this link: [support.microsoft.com/home/contact] and input 'Account Access' and then go to 'Contact Support'.

Once you're there, you can go to 'Microsoft 365 and Office' > 'Manage Account Security' and you will be able to talk to a support agent.

When it comes to not receiving your form response, the best place to start is to check your internet connectivity and your connectivity to your Outlook. Do you receive the emails on another device?

It's also good to check your Junk Email settings to check if you have blocked or removed safe senders and to check your filters at the bottom.

If that doesn't work, check your junk and storage. (Can be found in the Storage setting under general)

If none of this works, try changing your password.

The forums should have come up by now try this it could take 5 days my best suggestion is you do the gamertag re-submission form and hope that works out.

Just to confirm, have you also checked your spam and junk folders just in case you received the shipping label there?

If it's not there, please update your shipping/billing address on account.microsoft.com > Payment and Billing > address book.

Once you're done, contact Xbox Support to request a shipping label. They can also cancel and re-create your service order for you if needed as part of their workarounds. You can contact them through this link:

Thank you for your quick reply.

My next thought was to reactivate it by reregistering the original email address since Microsoft states it doesn't exist, but when I attempted that, it then stated the address is already registered to someone else (who would be me)...

How can a previously registered email address be both A. registered and delisted but B. not existing?

Is it some issue with Aliases?

Any workarounds?

Did you reach out to Customer Support in request of a refund or use the form submission via the website? I know that they are no longer able to do refunds outside of form submissions so if you haven't already I would try via that method.
