Can someone manually change my email address that is linked to my xbox account?

Note: If maybe you're requested to log in your account in that link as well. Try using another Microsoft account and in the “preferred email” field, put one that you have access.

Please be aware, the transaction number from your bank will not work, Microsoft can review your refund request only if you provide the Microsoft Store order number.

2. If your account is registered on your Xbox, and it's not asking you to verify your identity, you're temporarily good.
However, when the system asks you to verify your identity, you may encounter problems accessing the games and content associated with the Microsoft account you're trying to recover.

However, to link my old email address to my hotmail account is not possible as i can only link other hotmail email addresses to my hotmail account.

I tried to recover my old email address and was informed by the email address provider that it was not only deactivated but also terminated and not recoverable as i havent used it in 10+ years.

Is there any other way to help change my old xbox live email address? Perhaps microsoft could change it manually? Given that i can verify that it is my account via Identification card, phone number or facebook as i use the same email address there as i do on my xboxlive account.
