Can someone help with an error code plz?

Hi I am trying to play nhl 23 on my Xbox one. Every time I try to start up my Xbox I click on nhl and it gives me error code 0x87e50033. I have gone through all of the typical troubleshooting steps, such as power cycling, singing in and out, deleting my profile and re adding it, and it has been 2 weeks of this. The only way I can play temporarily is if I do a hard reset of my console, or if I Uninstall and reinstall the game, which is a lengthy process that, I don't really want to do every time I want to play for an hour. Any help is appreciated since the troubleshooting steps do not help.

Hi my game is digital not disc version

Can you please move the game to your Internal Storage once done unplug the hard drive and perform a powercycle. Keep the hard drive unplugged.

Chances are the game is corrupted on your external hard drive.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

Hi there, I appreciate the reply. So my issue is that the hard reset while keeping games is the ONLY way I can access nhl23, as in I need to do this every time I play.

Can someone help with an error code plz?
