Can someone help me with my keyboard all my top keys won't respond

I'm have a similar issue! My home button won't work and my Xbox won't let me type anything on the Xbox key board but the YouTube keyboard works!

The Pause/Break key on a Microsoft Bluetooth keyboard can be found in the upper right corner of the keyboard, next to the Scroll Lock and Num Lock keys. It may be a separate key or combined with the Pause key. On some Microsoft Bluetooth keyboards, it may be a key combined with the Scroll Lock or another function key. If you still can't locate it, you may need to consult the documentation for your specific keyboard model.

I have a media keyboard. Along the top is a selection of quick keys, which not only let me operate Windows Media Player but let me start things like my browser and email application.

Well, it did it again. This is getting frustrating. On top of someone from Microsoft not responding to my issue does not help..

The support article is not really for the Keyboard since it just say " Plug it in any USB-port".

The mouse is working and have never been an issue.

The Keyboard is not working at all when it´s connected to the X-box, so the support is not relevant since the console is not responding at any key´s or even support the keyboard with power to lit up the lamps / diods.

It seems it not give the keybord any power at all, and then it's hard for the keyboard to function...

When we connect the keyboard to a computer or tv-set it´s working perfect direct, with no problems at all.

When my son tried to connect the keyboard to a USB-power charger for a mobile phone or simular, the keybord was acting simular to when he connected it to the X-box, It was not responding at all...

I have not doublechecked it yet, but I can do so if it give you any clues..
