Can someone help me with internet connection problem?

My router is upstairs and up until a week ago I had 2 Xbox One S's downstairs. Both connected to the internet fine and got more or less full speed (200mbps)

I "upgraded" one of them to a Series X. It connects fine, but has really low speeds (based on downloads and the tests within settings). The other One S continues to work fine

I moved it upstairs to check performance closer to the router and it got full speed

Can anyone help with this? I've gone through the troubleshooting options but none seem relevant.

I know I could hardwire and stuff, but honestly the Xbox it replaced worked fine and achieved full speed, so why can't this model? Any ideas?

What can help you, in your entire residence, would be a repeater as well. It's a more affordable alternative

Thanks Derek. What has changed with the Series models that this problem occurs with them, but not the 2 Xbox Ones that worked fine? I can literally place a One S and a Series X side by side and the One S gets 200mbps and the Series X only 20mbps?

I'm probably more likely to migrate to PS than change the router, and I know it's going to be a pain getting the £50 I spent on GPU back! Microsoft really should advise of these issues when selling consoles

I have no way to confirm if there are differences in the network range of the consoles, because they have the same Wi-Fi reception antenna for the signal. But there is no official test with such information.
