Please try to remove and re-add your profile by doing the steps below.

Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

When you're finished, select Close. Power off console for 1min. Power on console then click Gamertag pic

Select >Add New>

Enter the email address for the Microsoft account that you want to add.

If you are unable to recover your account you will need to contact phone/chat support for them to assist you.
