Can someone help me stop getting stuck on a syncing data screen?

In my case it’s an xbox to pc issue. I think the solution may still be the same. I could try logging into my xbox series x and making sure everything is updated fully, then try to log in on my pc. Thanks for your help. I was able to enter through running the game as administrator so for now that seems to be my solution.

Hello Oskayra, I hope all is well. I do have everything updated and have already uninstalled and reinstalled the game. By opening the game as administrator I was able to get inside. My new question is, can I log in as administrator all the time or will that ruin the save files? I’m not sure how that works. Thanks for the help you’ve given me thus far, it helped me enter the game!

I had the syncing thing when I was playing Starfield on my Xbox and ROG Ally, weirdly it was always when going from my Ally to my Xbox, not the other way around.

I eventually worked out what the issue was, I was switching off the Ally as soon as I stopped playing. What's I should have done was leave the Ally on for half an hour or so while it uploaded the save file to the cloud..

Perhaps that's the issue with you, the game knows there is an updated file, but cant access it because it wasn't uploaded fully. Perhaps turn on your old PC and let the save file upload.

Yes, I have tried all the above and it is still stuck at the syncing data loading screen.
