can someone help me on EA Play Subscription to play 2042 Battlefield?

You need Core or Game Pass Ultimate (which includes Core) in order to be able to play online.

You're welcome and to access the trial simply follow the steps below:

On your console, open the Store app and search for Battlefield 2042

Select Battlefield 2042 Xbox One - Choose edition

Select Battlefield 2042 Xbox One - this should be the first option with no price available

Select Free Trial with EA Play and then select Install all

i have fixed this issue but another has come, when i download battlefield 2042 or any ea play game on the xbox app, it pulls up the ea play desktop app and tells me to join ea play which i thought came with xbox game pass (not ultimate), while battlefield is stuck in the preparing 0% phase and then it suddenly disappears without showing an error code. i am absolutely sure that i have connected the xbox account to the correct ea account on ea.myaccount , i have contacted a live chat guy from ea and he tells me to contact you guys. please help me this is confusing

I'm having issues inside battlefield 2042 with inviting a friend (plays on xbox one X) and I play on Xbox series S, they are on my xbox friends list but not on my battlefield list, I tried typing their EA name and it doesn't show up, I had them look me up and the same for them...any ideas?

Can you please download the game directly on EA Desktop App?

1. Open the EA app on your PC

2. Navigate to My Collection and select Battlefield 2042, or alternatively search for Battlefield 2042

3. Select the Download button
