Can someone help me my Xbox reset by itself and now it’s asking for a alternative MAC...

Most of the time when this happens, it is usually because of corrupted data on your console thus causing the reset. Let's try some troubleshooting steps.

Turn off your Xbox by pressing and holding the power button for 10 seconds or until it shuts down.

Unplug the power cord from the back of the console, from the power brick, and from the power outlet.

Wait 10–15 seconds to give the power supply time to reset.

Plug the cord back into the wall and into the power brick, but do not plug it back into the console yet.

If the power supply is working properly, either a solid white or solid orange light should appear on the front of the power brick. If there's no light or the light is blinking, it's likely that the power supply has an issue and needs to be replaced.

Then turn on your console and see if the problem persists.

If the problem persists, try resetting your console back to factory defaults. Follow the steps provide in this article. Here is the link.

You can also try clearing the MAC address to see if that helps

Settings - All settings - Network settings- Advanced network settings- Alternate MAC address- Clear- Reset.

Your console will reset itself at that point

go to settings on ur xbox then advanced settings click on alternate Mac address and hit clear. It’ll reset and then it’ll connect

You could try to select clear alternate mac address. This resets the xbox and can clear alot of network issues. Should be right under where it asked you for the alternative.

Also try clearing the MAC address on the console itself

Settings - All settings - Network - Advanced Network - Alternate MAC address- Clear- Reset

Your console will restart after that. See if that helps you
