Can someone help me? Its suppose that I have 5 switches left but this message appears

There's supposed to be an "in console" fix to this issue. In some cases it can appear that there are 5 left when there aren't, or it can just be glitch out in general. The next time you go and try to change your home Xbox follow the steps from the excerpt
from the support website and see if it works:

"Note Customer support cannot offer additional switches. If your console shows you’ve made five home Xbox switches for the year and you need assistance, select
Help when you see the message, Can’t make this your home Xbox. You may be eligible to receive an exception."

If it doesn't work, you'll have to keep persisting customer support until you get someone who can actually help... even though they aren't technically supposed to be able to help with this feature.

None... all files are ok. The only one that appears with the yellow icon its Halo 3 with the message "Game Broken". I suppose some kink of remote block of the game. I tried to download it in background (when the console its off).. then switched off the internet
connection when its finished... but same results.

I have checked my messages from Xbox live and it is not from Xbox. Its from another player however it would appear that this message just failed to appear in my conversations so its left with one unread message.

"Home" xbox switches have a limit of 5 within any 12 month calendar period so it sounds like the 5 have been used and one won't unlock till the 22nd (12 month anniversary of the first switch). Could be wrong but that's what it sounds like to me, though it depends where in the Xbox settings that message is appearing

oops sorry bout the message under this one i went to that link about 5 or so times lol its not helping at all chatted with a support person then they said that there is someone that is going to message me via email but havent gotten anything
