Can someone help me I have Xbox app on pc

So I have a pc, I was updating halo infinite and it got stuck and I Uninstalled the game. now I can't install or Uninstalled the game and it's stuck at 100. I downloaded Xbox app again, repaired and reset it. I have tried to play on my Xbox and it works but my pc won't

I have this error in my Xbox app for pc -- 0x87DD0006.

I have the same issue, if I force quit the game bar and relaunch it then I invite someone who is a XBOX user it will work but if I add a PC user it does not work for them. Also, if I force quit the app and the xbox user invites me it does not work same
if the PC user invites me. The issue seems to be with the PC app.
