    Can someone help me i cant play Sea of Thieves because of the online safety.


    The parent account has to turn all those on for you then it will work. This happened to me and my daughter recently. Setting her to adult (she's 17) didn't work I had to set her back to a child then log in with my account and set the stuff for her then it
    worked.

    Ok I forgot that when I have the Java Version I have a key for the Windows 10 Edition but when I go to Multiplayer the same comes :(

    OK now i found out that when I try to add a Friend on XBOX it doesn't work too because of the same error :(
    On your Xbox One console, you'll want to ensure Settings>Account>Privacy & online safety>View details & customize>Friends & clubs>You can add friends is set to "Allow".

    As we mentioned earlier, you'll need to reach out to
    Chat or Phone support     if you feel you're on a Child account by error.
