Can someone help me i cant play Sea of Thieves because of the online safety.

When i start Sea of Thieves there pops up a window that says i have to change my online safety. So I changed it but it is still coming what can I do?

Hey when i open up sea of thieves it says: You cant play mutlipayer games because of how your account i set up. Go to your privacy & online safety settings on Xbox.com to change this. And when i tried that i said that i cant access that site right now what
do i do?

I just found that I can do this but someone in the sea of thieves discord told me to do this because I never received my ebony flintlock pistol in sea of thieves even after watch the stream and I’m very bummed out because of this and I want to see if some
one can help me out I would very much appreciate it

 

Are you or were you on a child account by any chance? Try Minecraft if you own it to see if you can join online with that. My daughter had the same issue recently.

 

I have an adult account and i only have the demo of minecraft

 

Ok I forgot that when I have the Java Version I have a key for the Windows 10 Edition but when I go to Multiplayer the same comes

I looked again but there literally stands that I have an adult account

 

Can now someone tell me how I fix this because I'd like to play this game.

 

I made the stuff that stands there so it should work

 

OK now i found out that when I try to add a Friend on XBOX it doesn't work too because of the same error

 

On your Xbox One console, you'll want to ensure Settings>Account>Privacy & online safety>View details & customize>Friends & clubs>You can add friends is set to "Allow".

As we mentioned earlier, you'll need to reach out to
Chat or Phone support if you feel you're on a Child account by error.

 

I did the Chat support but they couldn't help me. I reinstalled it too and the error still comes

 

And I already turned all those things to Allow

 

Gotcha. Were you able to have a parent create a free account and then add you to their Microsoft/Xbox account family? Once they are the admin of your account, you can have them see if they

grant an exception to your content limits in order to play Sea of Thieves on your account.
