Can someone help me get my Xbox console ban lifted?

I was console banned for promoting my social media on several Xbox accounts, I think that was the reason for my console ban, I apologize for my actions I didn’t realize the severity of my actions can anyone help me lift my account ban, or atleast give me another form of punishment rather than a console ban please and thanks I won’t do what I did again, I feel like a console ban is a bit over the top, I never harassed or did anything to endanger anyone on Xbox, I don’t understand the console ban, I’ve tried contacting enforcement for a week they don’t reply, I’ve been denied in my appeals aswell I feel stuck
