can someone help me fix my xbox game pass problem on pc ?

thanks for trying to help me but when i type the name of the game in my search bar like you said, i only find one icon of the game in my case it is tetris connected so i don't thinks this is the problem i have also it's not only hapening on one of my games on the xbox games pass but all of them and they never worked before. but i may have a theory that can help to solve the problem : i remember after searching in my account that i had a xbox game pass pc subscription 1 or 2 years ago and that i played fews games and one days i stoped my subscription and the day it ended i think when i lunched a game i got the same error so i think my pc think that i still don't have anymore my subcription and when i lunch a game it think that i try to cheat by lunching a game altough i don't have a subcription. it's just a theory but it's all the cues i got

all i can say is try the following which worked for some on sea of thieves with the same error code

If you got the game installed and you already played it but now you can't having the error code 0x803F8001 (that happened to me), follow this instructions and I hope this will be fixed!

1.- Go to "add or remove programs"
2.- Write in the search bar "sea of thieves" and you should see 2 icons -> https://gyazo.com/229b8b9221af575ae1ac77c2055392c3

4.- Launch the game throw "Xbox application", and it will say that your account is not allowed to play (or something like that)
5.- Click on "watch on the microsoft store" https://gyazo.com/4134d8d14a00175d11802076d8a5f422
6.- You will be able to "install" the "game" again, install it, shouldn't take more than 30 seconds.
7.- Once it's installed, go back to the xbox software as usual and press "play"

FM2020 won't run, every time I try to run the game it closes Xbox Game Pass and the game won't start up. My drivers are up to date, I have tried reinstalling the game, reinstalling the Xbox Game Pass, running the game in administrator. Nothing will work.

Can someone please help with a fix?

Just restart your pc and try to run again fm2020, it usually works.

I understand you need help with linking your Minecraft game to PSN. Please note that linking your Microsoft account to PSN can only be done once. This means you cannot unlink your Microsoft account and link a different one to PSN if it was previously connected to another account, and vice versa.

You mentioned chatting with a bot support, was it from the Minecraft team? I recommend reaching out to Minecraft support to check which account was previously linked to your PSN, or contacting Sony for additional options.

Fixed it!!
I go to my Microsoft account, link https://account.microsoft.com/services/ and Click Manage your PC game pass then cancel the subscription. after that my xbox app and Microsft store was update and I can play normally until the end of this month 'cause I cancel it but its okay I'll re-subscript this anyway.

Hope this will help someone that got a same problem like me.
