Can someone help me find a controller with tactile faceplate buttons?

Only newer controllers have Bluetooth. You can tell of they do by the faceplate being all one piece in the front towards the Xbox button.

Do you know where I can find the buttons and joystick to connect on Xbox controller? I'll try to find someone to send me the controller thru post.

I'm not aware of any store that sells the factory faceplates. You can find sites where you can order a custom faceplate online.

The power button on the 360 could be stuck. You could try to take the faceplate off and snap it back in place. Or you can try to power it on and off threw your 360 controller. Sorry I can't give any more help but I hope that works !!

You said you disc tray opens at random,

hmm.... I suggest trying this and see if it helps you:

-

1. Unplug the power cord and any other cables connected to the back of your console.

2. Position your console horizontally, as you would position a DVD player.

3. While holding the console firmly, push the faceplate away from the console with your thumbs.

Note You will need to use some force to remove the faceplate.

Then plug in everything and turn it on with the controller (Press and hold the guide button or start button till the 4 lights start flashing on the controller)

To attach the faceplate back on:

1. Align the tabs on the faceplate with the slots on the console.

2. Press the faceplate firmly until it clicks into place.
