Can someone help i bought the xbox on the 18th and it won’t ship.

In need of some help. Placed an order from dell for Xbox one on October 18th (still in production with estimated ship date of Dec 27th). I have spoken to multiple support agents, along with case specialist and supervisors who deny that any Xbox one orders
have shipped. What I would like is for someone who has received their order to kindly provide either a tracking or order # so I have some leverage with them. Thanks in advance.

I'm having the same problem Xbox said they shipped backed my Xbox to me on 11-5 and it's been six business days and When I go on fedex to track it, it says it cannot be found. I talked to a person on Xbox and he said if nothing happens by the 18th there
gunna escalate it. Can someone please tell me this is normal because. I don't know if they lost it

I went ahead and bought it guys! The grand total came out to be 594 dollars due to tax and warranty. Not too bad, I guess. Estimated arrival is somewhere between the 18th-21st cause I went with free shipping. I got time and in no rush to get it lol.

Someone can use it for parts for all I care. Not going through the shipping hassle and paying more for a repair than I bought it for.

Hmm well it looks like they were shipped to the UK 18th / 19th and then the delayed tag applied to stop them being sent out before tomorrow for delivery but I can certainly track mine on the UPS site direct now.
