Can someone help guide me to recover my Xbox account?

I would like to preface this with the fact that I have been a loyal Xbox/Microsoft user ever since the original Xbox came out. I have recently encountered an extremely distressing situation with my account which I will detail below. I am on here asking for help/guidance in my situation so anything will help and is greatly appreciated...

A little over a month from this post, I was hacked (my original email with live that I've had for around 17 years). I noticed a suspicious email that was "from me" to me. Within the emailed it had expressed that the individual behind the email was someone who I could not trace and someone that has pictures and videos of me that are highly explicit and that they will show friends/family/coworkers unless I pay them with BitCoin. They stressed that this was untraceable with the wallet link they provided. Understanding that this was a ransomware email, I ignored it even though it said that I have 48hrs from the time I opened the email to pay them. I did not comply.

With this in mind, I began to change passwords on all of my stuff; Xbox/Microsoft, PlayStation, bank accounts, etc. I noticed that my bank accounts were also hacked and money was taken from them. The money was attempted to be sent via Skype, which I would assume Microsoft can see my usage and would be able to see I haven't used Skype in quite some time. Since I noticed the Skype charges I decided to get onto my Microsoft family page and noticed someone added themselves and removed themselves from my family group. They used a slew of random letters. I then noticed that my live.com email had numerous emails sent to around 5 accounts which again had a slew of letters as their email account. They came back as undeliverable. Again I worked on changing my password to Xbox/Microsoft.

Fast forward a couple weeks and I thought everything was fixed, only to find that upon me signing into my Xbox profile, I was prompted with a message basically stating that my account has been suspended. I was then contacted by Microsoft CDOC and asked to provide a TON of information to prove that I was the valid account holder.

After getting the confirmation that I was positively identified as the account holder, I had to wait a few days for the CDOC to contact me regarding my case. When I got the email this is what was told to me,

Microsoft disabled access to the account due to a serious violation of the Microsoft Services Agreement:  https://www.microsoft.com/servicesagreement/default.aspx#3_codeOfConduct.

 

As stated in the Microsoft Services Agreement, you will no longer be able to access any Services that require a Microsoft account.

From the above I am assuming that my Microsoft accounts have been permanently banned... Can someone confirm this? Also, I can't stress enough that whatever actions prompted this were not of my doing as I very rarely talk to anyone or even play online with others. I am a solo player through and through unless it comes to my wife and kids.

Can someone please help guide me to what needs to be done or how I can prove that I am innocent in this? I know Microsoft are hard on their suspensions and bans, and rightfully so, but I have so many thousands of dollars and hours on that profile that are no longer accessible to me or my children.

I have tried to appeal on the family organization site through my wife, but cannot even click my gamertag as it is greyed out.
