    Can someone "Fry" My Xbox and Router?


    Hello! I had a question: I have someone who recently added me on xbox, claiming to be able to Fry an Xbox and Router, to the point they will not work or function, and have to buy new stuff if it happens.

    I do not know if it's related, but after he left a party, my xbox glitched out and reset, it gave me a shock, but I don't understand why anybody would fry my Xbox or Router.
