Can someone from Microsoft deal with this

I've been banned in the passed for spam reporting someone or using inappropriate language in game, I was playing rust (open world survival) killed 2 people which then I got 100+ party invites which at the time I couldn't block them as I would lose everything surely they should be helf accountable they would've probably also spam reported my account

You would need to report them via their profile in order for the enforcement team to investigate them.

I just spoken to someone on the microsoft chat. They said the deal is only for that account, and not the new one

I have until the 17th to use the code. I'm gonna go online browsing and catalogue hopping to see if I can find a better deal. But if not I'm using this code. I'm wondering if MCC and Evolve are physical versions I could exchange? I have no interest in
either game. =|
