Can someone fix my account please?

I have recently been perm banned on my 6 year account that I have had since i was 8. I was on vacation with my family and left my xbox with my younger cousin. When I had came back I was perm banned from my account and had a one-month console ban on the brand-new console I just bought. I think that it is insane I haven't even played on my account and that nobody has been able to fix my account ban. Even the enforcement team has denied my appeal that I sent to them, and Xbox Support has been nothing but a joke the last couple days I have called them. I would love to have my account (o Mason11) back.

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle bans. If they denied the appeal, there is nothing else that can be done.

Well, that is bs. I have spent good money on this account, and it is unfair how I can't even contact your enforcement team because they don't have a phone line or email which is extremely stupid. What kind of company doesn't let their players contact their enforcement team? I am not going to be buying or playing anything from Xbox again because of how poorly this company is being run. I wasn't even on my account to begin with and now I have lost my only account.
