It appears that some backwards compatibility games is having issues being purchased properly. As in when you get an error message that something went wrong (Oops) but got charged anyways. I didn’t get a receipt in my email. I did receive my full refund same day of purchase. Banks are different with processing refunds. Eventually you should receive your full refund sometime soon.

I tried refunding it and it didn’t work. It’s very disappointing for someone who was really looking forward to a new game and someone who really enjoys playing assassins creed.
