    Can someone please help me, ive been trying to connect to xbox live on my xbox 360 and i saw someone say you should delete your profile and then download it again but when i try to dowload it it just keeps saying theres a problem with the credentials that your using to sign in but i typed all my email and password correct. someone please help me with this.

    With regards to your issue, does your account somehow have a 2 step verification? Or if your password is more than 16 characters long?

    For Xbox 365, it doesn't accept password longer than 16 characters and if you have 2 step verification you will need to use an app password. Similar posted as well via community forum https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/xbox/forum/...
