Do you use Reddit? You could post about this in a couple of the bigger Xbox subs.

I don't know what else to suggest, cos enforcement is like some secret court where you can't speak to anyone or really defend yourself. They expect people to trust in a system when it's clearly not flawless.

That sucks. If it was me, I would be tweeting at certain Xbox folks, trying to get an explanation, cos something has gone wrong there.

Some people might say "it's only 2 days", but that's not the point, plus it now makes you ineligible to become an Xbox Insider or Ambassador, should you ever want to, due to the strike against your account.

If it's not eligible for a case review, then yes, all you can do is wait it out.
