    Can open youtube - can not open store or play game


    My console (Xbox One S all digital) can play Youtube, the console is connected internet. However, I could not play game or enter store in this console - it informed that I need to be online.

    I’m from Vietnam and there is not any Microsoft support center here

    Please give me your advise. Thank you

    For more detail:

    Check network: It inform “Your Console is connected internet”

    Check speed and statistics: It inform “You need to be online”

    My name is welcome to the community.

    Hello ChillixYT, try to I don't know if you have a regular or new-generation Xbox, or if you've already performed a procedure on your console, if you haven't already, follow the procedures below.

    First uninstall the Youtube App, then remove any game or App you might have in quick resume.

    After this, do a cache clean up.

    1. Go to the Xbox press and hold the XBOX power button on the console for 10 seconds until it turns off

    2. Wait 10 seconds until it turns off

    3. Wait 1 minute with it off

    4. Turn it back on

    Xbox One reset keeping Games:

    Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

    Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

    Select Reset console.

    Restore and maintain my games and apps.

    Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

    Note: You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.

    Sir, Thanks for your advise. I remember that I have updated the Xbox Game bar app from the Microsoft store. After the installation, the date shown in the setting page > Apps > Xbox Game Bar is the latest.

    However, I don't know whether the OS is the latest, I will check it after work today. I will update the status this night. Thanks a lot.
