Can only join a party if I start it, but can't join anyone elses

It sounds like there may be an issue with your network settings or NAT type. Have you tried checking your NAT type in the network settings on your Xbox? If your NAT type is set to strict, you may have trouble joining parties.

You can try changing your NAT type to open by forwarding the necessary ports on your router or by enabling UPnP. You can also try connecting your Xbox directly to your modem to see if that resolves the issue. If none of these solutions work, you may want to contact your internet service provider for further assistance.

Managed to get logged in

I can play games etc now but unable to join friends party or games also they can't join mine if I create it ??

As of 12.12 pm gmt

Is anyone else having these problems ??

The device was delivered by my isp. Firmware is up to date.

I checked some more settings. Isn't there any extra port I could open? I can join if someone else is in his party, but we can't join each other.

And it only affects party's. I can join him in read dead redemption and Halo and such. But party's are the only thing not working.

I'm hoping it's service related because I can't join anyone's parties right now, nor can they join me as far as I can tell.
