Can one share Game Pass Ultimate with family member across regions?

No and any games from xbox 360 wont work in other countries

I think on your Xbox you would need his account (that with Game Pass Ultimate) and that Xbox has to be configured as "home" console. Then all accounts on that console can share gold/ultimate.

HOWEVER, if he has purchased his subscription in a different region you may run into issues. On the other hand I traveled with my Xbox to a different region and it worked fine and I logged into my Xbox account on an Xbox in a different region and it all worked fine for the content that was available for that region.

I am not sure how this translate to playing on a PC. Because now there is no "home console" and I am not aware you can declare a "home PC" in that way to share subscriptions.

Also, the Microsoft family settings are different from setting a console as "home" - ALL accounts on that console share the gold/ultimate regardless of being part of the family or not.

Games or subscriptions cannot be shared outside of your immediate physical household under terms of service. I will say with nearest certainty that any future alterations to those rules, will almost certainly not cross borders

If you live in Chile, Columbia, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, New Zealand, South Africa, or Sweden, you can purchase a Game Pass Ultimate family plan to add everyone to it and each member would have access to the subscription.

If you do not live in those regions, the Home setting is the only way to share, but it would not be possible to share across 5 consoles. You can only have 1 console set as your Home at a time, so with 5 consoles you would need subscriptions on multiple accounts.

Yes, your son and daughter can both use the same Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription. The subscription allows for up to six family members to access the games and benefits included in the subscription.



To set this up, you will need to create a Microsoft family group and add both your son and daughter to the group. Once they are added, you can share the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription with the family group.



To share the subscription, sign in to your Microsoft account and go to the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate page. From there, select "Manage" and then "Share to a family member." Choose the family member you want to share with and follow the prompts to complete the process.



Your son and daughter will then be able to access the games and benefits included in the subscription on their respective devices.
