    Can not register for Xbox Live Rewards


    I have tried to register for live rewards but it comes up saying:

    Unfortunately, you can't join Xbox Live Rewards at the moment. It's strictly because of your age. We hope you will join once you are eligible to participate!

    I am 65, and have been told that my xbox account is not set as a childs account

    can you advise

    Greece is not a eligible Rewards region, so you cannot register into the Xbox Live Rewards program.

    XBOX LIVE REWARDS HELP!

    Im an xbox live gold member. i am not able to register for the xbox rewards program. Noone in customer service was able to help. two agents said to come here to the forums. it wont let me join because of my age it says. im 38 yrs old and i paid a ton
    of money for my xbox one. why am i not able to register for xbox live rewards?

    Hello Cory Prime,

    Since the Xbox Live Rewards program is ending in your region, you cannot currently register into Xbox Live Rewards. You will have to wait for the Microsoft Rewards program to being in your region before registering into that program.

    As stated in the popup, Xbox Live Rewards is transitioning to Microsoft Rewards, so you cannot register into the Xbox Live Rewards program.

    Hello iHunt81,

    Since Xbox Live Rewards is transitioning to Microsoft Rewards in the US region, where you have registered, there is no way to change your Xbox Live Rewards region.
