Can not redeem Game Pass Ultimate with Xbox Access all Areas

It sounds like the reatiler did not enter the serial number of your console in correctly for All Access. You'll need to try contacting them to see if they can do so. If not, you'll need to try contacting the credit company that runs All Access.

Microsoft's online support have confirmed they can see it as unclaimed, so I believe my retailer has set things up correctly

The navigation doesn't seem to exist for me though which is my biggest gripe.

You can add the 24 months of Ultimate to your existing subscription as long as it won't go over 36 months. If it were to go over the 36 months, you would need to wait until you have 12 months or less remaining on your subscription before redeeming the 24
months of Ultimate.

The code does not expire. You can add the 24 months of Ultimate to your existing subscription as long as it won't go over 36 months. If it were to go over the 36 months, you would need to wait until you have 12 months or less remaining on your subscription before redeeming the 24 months of Ultimate.
