    The games are available there and as long as your account region matches, that shouldn't be the issue. If you get an error code when you try redeeming them that will help narrow down the issue at well.

    i did checked personal info in link u give me and i found my account same my real country :)

    i checked bill of gears of war it is paid on my country currency

    and about if it is avilable idk actually
