can not redeem 2 codes pls help

i did buy old days Gears of War: Ultimate Edition

i redeem all what i have in my messege ( gears of war 2 etc ... )

but i can not redeem 2 of them ( gears of war 3 and tokens for Gears of War )

message says : Sorry, an unexpected error has occurred. The error has been recorded and we will investigate. Please try to redeem your code later.

Redeem code problems

I'm trying to redeem a code however the redeem code form is not loading.

I have tried on my xbox one console, the xbox app for windows 10 and the xbox website, none seem to work

Do you receive an error code as well? Does your account region match your physical location?

as i believe i do not have region problem cus some of goods that i recive from same game ( as gears of war 2 ...)

Not all of the Gears games are region locked so some of them will work while others might not. So if you live in a region where those games are not available, or your regions don't match, you will have issues downloading them.

You can check your account region at
http://commerce.microsoft.com If it doesn't match your physical location, you'll want to migrate your account so it does match.

To check if a game is available in a certain region, I usually look it up on this website (the search function on the top of the screen) then change the region on the bottom left to the region I need to check. If it no longer shows as available for purchase,
then it's not available in that region.

 

i did checked personal info in link u give me and i found my account same my real country

i checked bill of gears of war it is paid on my country currency

and about if it is avilable idk actually

The games are available there and as long as your account region matches, that shouldn't be the issue. If you get an error code when you try redeeming them that will help narrow down the issue at well.

K. Support will get back to you here about that code. There have been issues with redeeming codes the past couple of days. It was supposed to be fixed, but some people are still having issues. So it may just clear up on its own so you can keep trying until
you hear back from them.

Could you please try redeeming your Gears of War and Gears of War 3 codes on your Xbox One console instead of your computer? If you get an error code there, please let us know and we'll look into it a bit more.
