Can not redeem 160 Microsoft points

You didn't by any chance gain them by the exploiting the 160 MS points / 48-hour code glitch (the glitch allowed 160 point codes to be generated)? The reason I ask, is that 6880 divided by 160 is 43 (potentially 43, 160 point codes used to redeem 6880 points).
If you did exploit the glitch, Microsoft is redeeming the points received from exploiting the glitch. I was reading an article the other day and it quoted Microsoft saying that anyone who gained from the glitch, will have the points taken off of them eventually.

Any points you get through promotions can have expiration dates. Typically, points expire within thirty days of the date you get them. Did you redeem any promotional microsoft points on your account. Such as 100 point codes, 160 point codes etc.

I don't know just says (If they expired I am just surprised the account still shows an additional 160 available):

Well done Mr Holmes, you are a true adversary. I think I total I had around 15,000? Not the most I've had. I once had around 19,000 thanks to Littlewoods and their £35 codes.



I was just upset I couldn't buy From Dust when it hits XBL.



And Microsoft said they would only ban people who had previous records on their accounts.

Does the billing site also show you were given 160 points around August 13? A lot of accounts had an extra 160 points added around that time, but it was an error. The 160 removed around the 21st or 22nd was Microsoft removing those points.
