    Can Not purchase tickets or coins


    I just tried to purchase tickets to play Microsoft Bingo, again. I received this error. I do not know how or why a Packet for $1.99 can be owned. Plus I also receive 3 of the bottom errors every time I open Bingo up. I have uninstalled/reinstalled as well
    as reset it. I do not know what else to do.

    Day 3, no tickets or coins

    Today is day 3, and I'm still not able to get tickets or coins from Shop. Keeps saying purchase cancelled, try again later. Does not show ad to receive tickets or coins. Come on people, fix this problem!

    You should be able to find a solution to help fix your problem here. If the problem is caused by a in game bug then you will need to contact the game developer. For more help you can also call official Xbox customer support.

    I just tried to purchase tickets for $1.99 and coins $1.99. I received the you already own this on both purchases. How can I already own the tickets/coins available for purchasing? it just boggles my mind.

    Tickets allow you to purchase bingo cards. You cannot use them to purchase Keys or Coins.
