Can not play XBOX classic games on my XBOX 360!?

Hi everyone,

my problem is that I can not play my xbox classic (original) games on my XBOX 360. I know you can play some titles on the XBOX ONE but the librarý which is accepted by the XBOX 360 is much bigger!

I am using a XBOX 360 slim model with a original HDD 320 GB full updated - the system recognize the disk but when starting it does come with a message to go to xbox support!? I have tried to go to support but can not find anything which helps! any ideas
out there?

If this game is backward compatibility, I mean Xbox 360 games or Xbox Classic, so yes you can. If you mean Xbox One Games there is nothing different if you are play before your Xbox One S on Xbox One, still you can play these games on Xbox One S or Xbox
ONE X. When the next-gen Xbox console is in 2020, the Xbox Classic, Xbox 360 and Xbox One will also play on the next generation of Xbox.

As far as I know, the name needs to be a perfect match, some games will be limited to region too.

Unfortunately a lot of the "classics" versions of backwards compatible original xbox games never worked on the 360 as they were slightly different from the standard version.I'm afraid there's nothing you can do other than either buy the digital version
if possible or try & find a standard (non classics) copy of the game.
