Can not play my games

Xbox.com says Purchase and Content Usage is limited. I dont know what that means. And i cant get ahold of tech support for over an hour. Is there anything I can do?

I can not play my digital game

I am in the house of some relatives and I took the memory of the xbox to play there but the digital games that I have do not open and I do not see any type of error. What can I do to play?

 

No, they are having issues with people buying content (like me) and with people not being able to play their own games. They’re working on a fix atm

I have the same issue, i am not buying anything but it does not let me play any of my games at all. just say to contact support

Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist, it would seem you're having an issue playing your games. I definitely understand how frustrating that can be. What I recommend doing is

performing a power cycle on your Xbox one console. Please let us know how that goes.
