    Can not open any apps. Various error message coming up.


    Hi,

    When launching any of Imy apps it will come up with various error messages, network failure, error 7, opening the apps loading screen then exiting back to xbox homescreen, constantly loading. I have spent hours on the xbox online support chat options with
    no solution. I have done a hard reset, deleted games, reloaded games, signed in, signed out, tested it on various networks, tested the network connection, checked subscriptions, the list goes on. No matter the advice so far no one could help. Its been 2 months
    now I have not been able to use my console and access my games. This is very disappointing and frustrtating I can not use a service I have paid for. The xbox user on the online chat service told me he could not help and he has has 100% success rate so far.
    He passed on my issue to the microsoft and said they would be in contact but they have not. Can someone provide the phone jumber so I can call someone who knows whats going on with my console/account and fix it.

    What exactly happened when you open the app? Any error message?

    Make sure that your Android operating system is up-to-date.

    I also have an issue with Windows 10 Solitaire Collection with my new Surface Pro 4. When I open the Solitaire app it comes up with message "Importing Windows 8 Cloud Data-Importing Saved Cloud Data" then an error is displayed "Cloud data import error -
    There was a problem importing cloud saved game data RETRY/CANCEL". Pressing the retry only repeats the error message, pressing the Cancel the box goes away and Solitaire games are ok to play. Any idea how to get rid of this error? I assume it is from my
    old SP3 and Windows 8.1. Any help would be appreciated.
