Can not log into rewarda

    on bingo all three were covered but did not receive my rewarda

    Hello ScottMoore12,

    We have adjusted some information on your account that should resolve this issue. You should be able to register after 48-96 hours have elapsed, and this change is fully reflected across our database. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    However, we see that your account has no Microsoft payable account associated with it, which may continue to cause you to be unable to register. This Microsoft Account information is required since we need that account to perform
    deposits into, as stated in our FAQ:

    How do I make sure my Microsoft account is properly set up to receive Xbox Live Rewards deposits?



    In order to receive deposits in the form of your country's local currency, your Microsoft account must be transitioned to currency. As long as you have a billing address on file in your account,
    you simply need to redeem an Xbox gift card, a Microsoft Points card, or a Microsoft Points code with your Microsoft account to begin your account transition.

    96 hours is how long it takes for the credits to show as pending on the Rewarda site. You should see them pending on the MyRewards section of the site. They would be scheduled to deposit in June.

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
    to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this issue is currently being caused by a secure database not under our control, we have escalated the problem and it is currently being worked
    on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution.

    They are automatic as long as they are eligible. In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.
