Can not log in into my account on Xbox S - Error code: 0x87DD0017

Hi, I tried to enter into my account on the Xbox S series but it says: "We can not enter you into your account, try again later or check the service at Xbox Help. (0x87DD0017)"

I already checked the wifi internet connection, and everything is good, the console is connected and the signal is good. I also logged out and in again, but nothing happened, I can not log in anyhow.

Could anyone help me? I would appreciate it!

Sorry to hear about your issue signing in to your Xbox. Can you try connecting your console to a different network like mobile hotspot?

Kindly also go to your Xbox Settings. Select Network Settings > Advanced Settings. Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address> select Clear. Allow the console to restart when prompted then try signing in to your account again.

It is worth noting that I can no longer get on my profile. Failed sign in followed by error code 0x87dd0017.
