Can not install Minecraft Dungeons (0x80040154) - GamingServices not running?

Hello, have been struggling with this for a good bit of time now...

I recently purchased Minecraft Dungeons from the Microsoft Store, and when I tried to install it, it would give an error and I would not be able to resume the download. When I cancelled the download and restarted, it gives this error:



Additionally, if I try to download from the Xbox (Beta) app, I receive this error instead (0x80040154):



I have already tried a lot of things, including:

• Trying to re-install the game
• Updating my computer (it is running the latest version of Windows 10)
• Restarting my computer
• Resetting the Microsoft Store cache
• Repairing and resetting the Microsoft Store, Xbox app, and GamingServices app
• Uninstalling and re-installing the GamingServices app
• Re-installing the Microsoft Store and Xbox apps
• Resetting the "software distribution folder"
• Re-installing with my firewall & antivirus disabled
• Running the Xbox app as an admin
• Changing my system locale

All of these have not helped me. However, I'm lead to believe my issue is with the GamingServices app. My friend who installed the same game on the Microsoft Store with no issues had both the "GamingServices" and "GamingServicesNet" services running, however
I only have one of them running:





If I try to manually start the "GamingServices" service, I get this error:





And this is where I'm stuck.

To summarize, I can't install Minecraft Dungeons from the Microsoft Store, and I believe it's because of my GamingServices not running properly. However it could be because of something completely different that I'm unaware of.
