Can not get free coins & tickets in Microsoft Bingo

For four days now I have not been able to collect the free coins & tickets in Microsoft Bingo. When I click on the view ad for either one, I get an error message saying "my purchase could not be completed at this time, come back and try later". I have
done this five times each for the last four days and nothing helps. I have used the app diag. program to no avail. I have re-booted my PC to no help, I have not deleted and re-installed, because this happed a year or so ago, and it took months for Microsoft
to put my level back to where it was and return my 4 million coins. I don't trust doing the re-install operation. If Microsoft can not fix the problem (it was THEIR Servers before) I just wont try to get the extra coins & tickets. I have other games that
work just fine !

I am unable to watch the ads in microsoft bingo to get the free tickets and coins. Keep getting purchase error.

Update: 8/12/18. . . Downloaded Bingo on my TABLET and it does the SAME THING AS ON THE PC!!!

Thanks, but I tried that. I was with Support for two hours and they could not fix the problem even after I let them use Remote Assist.

I can PURCHASE the tickets or coins but the ads will not load for the free ones. I get Purchase Error within a second of clicking on Watch Ad.

This has been going on for two weeks now. :mad:
