Yup. The family settings will only allow a child account to download content that you pay for. Otherwise you have to wait until the account turns 18 and you can promote it to an adult account.

If you're under 18, you cannot download M rated free demos and trailers. There are no settings to change that.

reinstalling Microsoft Jigsaw to see if that lets you download new puzzles. If you continue to run into issues, you may want to head over to the

Hi there,

Remeeming errors are usually caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check your billing information at
http://billing.microsoft.com and
http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues. After that try redeeming the code on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

Also check that account , console and code region match, using different regions van cause issues too, since it did mention something about the language this is most likely the cause.

The code region must match the account region in order to redeem the codes
