Can not download/install most games on Xbox Beta PC/ Error 080073cfc

Hi,

Starting about 3 days (3/23) I am unable to download/install a vast majority of games on the Xbox Beta (some examples include State of Decay, Gears 5, Plague Tale.) I am currently an Xbox ultimate subscriber. I get this error code as soon as the download
attempts to start:

0x80073cfc

Things I have tried:

restarting Xbox Beta app

restarting computer

updating Windows (current version 1909 for x64-based Systems (KB4541335)

reset windows cache with WSReset.exe

uninstalled/reinstalled Xbox Beta app

Some games I can install just fine. Like I installed Zoo Tycoon no problem.

Please any help would be a god send! I'm losing my mind over stuck inside because of corona and I can't play the games I want.

you get that error because gaming services is not installed or updated, gaming services can only install and launch on standard pc architecture and not arm based devices.

the xbox app requires gaming services to be installed to be able to download most xbox app games (gamepass games).

Uninstall and install beta on your pc, is having some problems, I for example some games can not download.

In order to install this game or any game from the Microsoft Store App, you will need to ensure your Windows 10 device is on a 1903 OS build or greater (Current 1909). The easiest way to ensure your PC is ready to go for this game and any other game
that comes to Game Pass for PC is to install the Xbox (Beta) App with the steps posted here. This will force the PC to install
an OS version that can run all Game Pass for PC games and allow users to easily find them inside the Xbox (Beta) App.

Let us know if you have the most recent OS build for Windows and the Xbox (Beta) App and try installing the game from the app as well.

Just did 2 Clean installs of Windows 10 1909.

The first install i did all windows updates/Driver updates then installed xbox pc beta game pass then installed 2 games and then attempted to install dragon center from MSI. it installed and then failed to run with the same errors i was getting before.

The second install i installed driver updates and then installed Dragon Center. Configured the system with Dragon Center. Then installed all windows updates, Xbox pc beta game pass and then installed a game and played. Dragon center still worked after playing
the game. once i restarted the computer dragon center was broken with the same errors as before. Something is breaking the program in the xbox pc game pass install.
