Can not connect to xbox Live service on microsoft games after changeing my e-mail address.

If this account/E-mail was setup only used with Xbox then it should be possible to change the E-mail address on the
Microsoft Profile page however if this E-mail address is also used by your sister for any of the other services provided by Microsoft such as Skype, Onedrive, Office 365 etc then it will not
be possible to change the E-mail address for just the Xbox live account.

All Microsoft accounts have an e-mail address for them, as Xbox One requires that the user have a Microsoft account in order to use game content. Xbox 360 did permit offline profiles, but Xbox One does not. The e-mail address connected to your brother's
Xbox One gamertag can be found by looking at their profile on your console. In fact, while on the home page of the dashboard, when your brother is signed in, the display will often change to show their e-mail address for their Microsoft account.

This does suggest Microsoft account is associated with the wrong email. What I would do is on the Xbox with the Gamertag you believe is the right one is check the E-mail address associated with it. A Gamertag is associated with a Microsoft Account but
the E-mail address that is associated with a Microsoft Account\E-mail address can change. Hope that helps and makes sense.
