Can not complete case review questionnaire

    Can not complete case review questionnaire


    I have recently been banned for something that wasn't my fault and i am unable to do the case review questionnaire and i just want to get my ban lifted as it has wrongly been enforced upon me, can anyone help

    Cant complete the case review questionnaire

    Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If the case review is not eligible, then there is nothing else you can do. If you're having issues with the site while trying to take the questionnaire, try clearing your browser's
    cookies/cache or try another browser.

    You would need to do the questionnaire for the case review. If you failed this then you would need to wait 24 hours before trying again. You may also want to check that you meet the requirements for a case review. Also make sure you do this on a laptop or
    computer not a mobile device
