    Hello, if you buy a game from Steam you can't transfer it to another system. If you bought it recently, you can try asking for a refund and then buy Subnautica on your Xbox.

    It's simple just ask an agent of Microsoft if he can ordering the game with your Microsoft account balance because you can't.

    if you live in russia and getting that error your account region must match yout actual region

    if your account ie russian but you are trying to access another marketplace that wont work

    you need to access your own regions marketplace
