    LIcense Transfer Download Problem

    Forgot to add that he could log into your Xbox with his profile and download/licence transfer however the game can only be accessed by that account. I.e. you could not access from your profile and your friend could not play at home on his account at the
    same time.



    Not 100% but if transferred to your console he may not be able to access on his console at home again unless transferred back - be aware licences can only be transferred one every three months.

    DLC can be accessed by any profile on the console that originally downloaded it. Sometimes we run into situations like this current one where problems arise, but it's not due to using different gamertags.

    Just like on the 360, any content you purchase on the One can be used by any other profile on your Xbox One console. You an also access this content on any other Xbox One when you use it and are connected to LIVE.

    Yes they can. You set the one that has no Xbox live as Home Xbox of the profile that has Xbox Live. This then shares Xbox Live and games. The profile with Xbox Live can sign in on any other console and have access to their Xbox live and games.

    Say you download a game on Profile A on Console A. Profile A as well as any other profile can access that game while using Console A. If you use Profile A on Console B and redownload the game, only Profile A can access the game while it is signed into Live
    because the console license is only on Console A.

    It sounds like if it's working on one Xbox One and not another it might be an issue with your profile on the Xbox One. Can you try removing your Xbox One Profile, power cycle (hold down the power button for 8-10 seconds), and then add your profile back to see
    if there's any change with your Xbox Live Gold access?
