Can not add a new profile on Xbox one s

I have recently factory reset my console for some troubleshooting soulotions. But now I can not add a new profile on the xbox. If i do select add new it shows a loading circle then stops sowing it for about half a second then shows another loading circle
and then it just closes out of the window. I have looked at a few threads about this and i have tried unpluging it for 30 seconds factory reseting again, and just restarting it.

I am not trying to create an account on the xbox i am atempting to add my already created account to it, and i have already tried a power cycle and it did not work

Have you tried making a silver account to see if you can check connections

I am not able to add any account to the xbox ot asks me for no information and just closes.

Is your xbox getting internet connection? It sounds like you are getting a connection timed out error.

Instead of creating a new profile on your xbo . An option is to create the profile on your PC or phone. Then try adding the already created account.
